Walter Nagel devoted his career to the computer industry and served 12 years in the United States in executive level positions for ITT Courier and Memorex Telex with responsibilities for general management, marketing, sales, software development, and finance. Returning to Germany in 1992 he became Managing Partner of the 3000 employee system integration business CompuNet Computer AG (today Computacenter) where he was responsible for sales and service. In 1999 Walter founded AMERIOPA as a technology management and HR consulting firm. Walter holds a German engineering degree in computer science and a US MBA in marketing and management. He attended the Harvard Executive Program and GE’s “Six Sigma Quality Management for Management” training. Walter serves AMERIOPA as President and CEO responsible for strategy, finances, and administration.
Frank started in Software development and managed a Systems Software Development group with Nixdorf Computers before joining Digital Equipment Corporation where he spent 20 years and where he finally was responsible for DEC Germany as Managing Director. Thereafter, Frank was a founder of IQ Systems (later Systematics AG, later EDS), CEO of E2000 (sold to CompuNet), and Managing Director of Sequent Computersystems, followed by years as a software industry consultant and Merger & Acquisition Partner for Corum Group and Hampleton Partners. Frank holds a Master Degree in Mathematics from the Technical University Berlin and attended Stanford Graduate Business School’s Senior Executive Program. Frank supports our team in establishing corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and supervisory assignments.
